Tasting Thursday - November 16, 2017
Join us on November 16th for “Tasting Thursday”! The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:
1st Course - Stuffed Mushrooms
Oven roasted bacon stuffed button mushrooms with shallots, walnuts, rosemary, and parsley
2nd Course - Octopus salad
Tender octopus tentacles grilled with garlic yoghurt, over an arugula-potato-roasted pepper salad, with a calabrian chili vinaigrette
3rd Course - Cherry gazpacho
A traditional tomato based soup with cherry cubanelle pepper, sherry garlic, red onion, drizzled with olive oil, goat cheese and crushed pistachios.
4th Course - Flank steak
Tender flank steak stuffed with provolone cheese, prosciutto, garlic, and fresh herbs, finished with a housemade chimichurri sauce.
5th Course - Cheesecake
Traditional dulce de leche cheesecake with peanut and graham cracker crust, topped with Bananas Foster
