Join us on November 23rd for “Tasting Thursday”! The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:

1st Course - Baked Brie with Cranberry

Brie cheese with housemade cranberry jam, baked in a flaky phyllo dough

2nd Course - Apple and Butternut Squash Soup


Sautéed butternut squash with ginger, coriander, cumin, golden apple and savory stock. Served warm with apple and a creme fraiche

3rd Course - Warm Bacon Salad


Fresh mixed greens with roasted bell peppers, red onions, with a housemade bacon vinaigrette dressing and grated hard-boiled egg

4th Course - Pork Tenderloin

Oven roasted pork tenderloin with garlic thyme butter, over a creamy mushroom and asparagus Risotto, finished with parmesan and truffle oil

Individually made mini pecan pies, baked a house made pie crust, topped with Chantilly cream
