Tasting Thursday - November 9, 2017

Join us on November 9th for “Tasting Thursday”! The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:

1st Course - Tasting, Avocado and Strawberry

Grilled strawberries, green onions, & avocado, on toast with fresh mozzarella

2nd Course - Gratin de Chou Fleur 

Tender oven roasted cauliflower with béchamel sauce, topped with aged cheddar cheese, and Serrano ham


3rd Course - Vichyssoise

- A classic French cold soup with a Belizean twist, made with leek cocoyam, chicken stock, and cream

4th Course - Snook and eggplant 

- Grilled snook and marinated eggplant, in olive oil, limejuice, chilis, and fish sauce, finished with a touch of cilantro and fresh dill

5th Course - Orange cream-sickle frozen yoghurt

- Orange and citrus infused Greek yoghurt, served frozen
