Tasting Thursday - December 14, 2017

Join us on December 14th for “Tasting Thursday”! The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:

1st Course - Shrimp & Rice Noodles

Jumbo shrimp wrapped in rice stick noodles, deep fried to golden, and served with housemade Romesco sauce


2nd Course - Caprice Salad

Caprice salad with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, arugula, red onion, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction

3rd Course - Artichoke & Smoked Oyster Soup

A delightful combination of pureed artichoke hearts with smoked oysters in a warm creamy bisque style soup


4th Course - Butternut Tortellini

House made tortellini stuffed with butternut squash and ricotta cheese filling, served with warm champagne sauce and pieces of butter poach lobster
