Tasting Thursday - December 7, 2017

Join us on December 7th for “Tasting Thursday”! The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:


1st Course - Belizean Spanakopita

Crispy Phyllo dough filled with a combination of feta, ricotta, and goat cheeses, with fresh callaloo, baked, and served with tzatziki dipping sauce

2nd Course - Spanish Style Poached Egg 

Garlic infused Greek yoghurt served with poach egg topped with a Spanish pimento and sage butter


3rd - Minestrone Soup

Traditional Italian soup made with chicken stock, kidney beans, celery, carrot, tomato, cabbage, elbow macaroni and fresh herbs topped with grated parmesan

4th Course - Apple and Pork Belly

Slow-roasted pork belly rubbed in a fermented black bean garlic sauce and ground anise, topped with apple-brandy sauce, served with smoked gouda polenta

5th Course - Nanaimo Pie

A Canadian classic frozen pie of house made vanilla ice cream and nutty graham cracker crust topped with chocolate ganache
