Good Day San Pedro! Well, it is that time of the year again when we wind down, refresh and ramp up for the 2017 - 2018 season at Casa Picasso. This Thursday will be our last "Tasting Thursday" for this season and Chef Val and his team have prepared some of their favorites for this week's "Tasting Thursday", 5 course chef's tasting menu. Mediterranean Lamb and Fig Cigars

1st Course

Mediterranean Lamb and Fig Cigars - Rolled phyllo dough stuffed with ground local lamb seasoned with shallots, cinnamon, oregano, rosemary, cumin and diced sweet figs, baked and served with a sweet and tangy plum sauce.

Tempura Asparagus

2nd Course

Tempura Asparagus - Tempura battered and fried asparagus served with a sweet and spicy Sriracha aioli.


3rd Course

Shrimp and Grits - Creamy cheddar grits topped with shrimp sautéed in spicy Cajun mix with celery, onions, garlic and bell peppers.

Beef Wellington Bites

4th Course

Beef Wellington Bites - Traditional beef wellington served in bite size portions made with local beef tenderloin and a rich mushroom duxelle baked in puff pastry and served with a horseradish cream sauce.

Choco Taco

5th Course

Choco Tacos - House made savory vanilla taco shells filled with our own vanilla ice cream, coated in chocolate and topped with ground toasted cashews and peanuts
