Tasting Thursday - November 2, 2017

Good Day San Pedro! Join us on November 2 for the first “Tasting Thursday” of the new season!

The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:

1st Course - Shrimp Pilpil - Jumbo shrimp slowly poached in a Spanish sauce preparation made with olive oil, garlic, crushed pepper, paprika, and parsley. Served with crispy crostini.

2nd Course - Cauliflower & Smoked Gouda Soup - Sautéed cauliflower puree with smoked gouda, paprika, housemade white wine stock, onions, and cream. Served warm.

3rd Course - Watermelon Slice - Fresh watermelon seasoned with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, and chili powder and topped with jicama, cilantro, and cho cho ribbon slaw, drizzled with balsamic & port wine reduction.

4th Course - Grilled lamb chop -Grilled lamb chop with pomegranate and red wine sauce served with tender potatoes, slowly cooked with thyme, garlic stock, and butter.

5th Course - Crème brulee - Housemade, traditional, vanilla crème brulee.
