Golden deep-fried small potatoes tossed in truffle oil and parmesan, served with garlic aioli

Conch Salad

Crispy-tender conch with arugula, tomato, and pickled onion

 

Orange & Mango Gazpacho

Tropical fruit blended with cucumber, olive oil, and garlic

 

Pan Seared Scallops

Tender scallops pan seared with wine and served with leek & sweet corn puree

 

Dulce de Leche

Creamy cheesecake with a peanut and graham cracker crust
