Join us on April 5 for “Tasting Thursday”! This is the menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner.

Fire Cracker Shrimp

Deep fried jumbo shrimp in wanton wrap, served with a house made tamarind & ginger sauce



Zucchini Noodle

Strings of zucchini with Kalamata olives, feta cheese, tomato, and cucumber with a spicy-tangy Greek yoghurt dressing


Artichoke Soup

Artichoke puree with garlic, onion, chicken stock, thyme and lemon juice


Crispy Duck Breast

Crispy duck breast with onion-apple veloute and apple cranberry gastrique


Sour Sop Creme Brulee

A tart creamy fruit mixed with cream & vanilla bean bruleed with raw sugar
