Join us on February 22 for “Tasting Thursday”! This is the menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner.
White button mushrooms marinated in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper flakes, thyme and parsley
Artichoke and Roasted Garlic & Lemon Hummus
Creamy pureed chickpeas and artichoke hearts, with roasted garlic, cumin, cayenne and tahini and served with celery, cucumber and carrots
Spinach & Arugula Salad
Local spinach with baby arugula, toasted sliced almonds, with a housemade bacon dressing and grated hard boiled eggs
Snapper With Oyster
Fresh caught poached snapper fillet, served with bok choy & green and onion oyster sauce
Flaky puff pastry stuffed with vanilla cream custard filling and chocolate ganache
