Join us on February 8th for “Tasting Thursday”! The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:
Fennel encrusted tuna with vegetable escabeche and cilantro puree
Greek salad of tomato, cucumber, and feta cheese with a Greek vinaigrette.
French Onion Soup
Traditional French onion soup made with a base of beef stock, onion, and a touch of sherry. French baguette croutons atop, with melted gruyere and Swiss cheese
Pork tenderloin, sautéed with coriander, oregano and thyme accompanied by chimichurri sauce over asparagus-mushroom risotto
Deep-fried Ice Cream
Housemade vanilla ice cream with cinnamon-cereal crust, deep fried golden brown and served with a drizzle of house made chocolate sauce
