Join us on January 18th for “Tasting Thursday”! The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:
Crispy polenta topped with olive tapenade
Thin sliced cantaloupe topped with prosciutto di Parma
Red bell pepper, eggplant, cauliflower, & carrots celery, in olive oil, garlic, peppercorn, vinegar marinade.
Grilled wahoo steak with Kalamata olives, oregano, garlic, and red wine dressing
A classic semi frozen mousse made with white and dark chocolate
