Join us on January 4th for “Tasting Thursday”! The menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner is:

Mojito Shrimp


Skewered shrimp lightly battered in a spicy tempura batter and drizzled with chilled mojito sauce garnished with fresh coconut, mint, and lime

Grapefruit and Avocado Salad


Fresh avocado, grapefruit segments, and charred pineapple, dressed with a shallot, oregano, citrus vinaigrette over a bed of mixed greens


Tuna Carpaccio


Fresh caught Black Fin Tuna, thinly sliced daikon and red radish, served with capers and ponzu sauce

Pasta Carbonara


Housemade fettuccine pasta tossed with bacon, white wine, and Parmesan cheese. Topped with egg yolk

Coconut Custard Tart


Creamy glazed coconut custard sorbet and caramel sauce
