Join us on March 1 for “Tasting Thursday”! This is the menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner.
Sautéed shrimp in a harissa paste, with ginger, cumin, coriander, and parsley. Served with a basil infused olive oil crostini
Roquefort & Arugula Salad
Fresh baby arugula tossed with apples, celery, sliced almonds, and a housemade vinaigrette and topped with Roquefort cheese
Cabbage and Bacon Soup
Classic French cabbage soup, made with cabbage, chicken stock, chopped bacon, croutons, and parsley
Fresh caught hogfish snapper, pan-fried and served with mashed potato, salsa Verde, and fire roasted bell peppers
Puff Pastry Soufflé
Baked puff pastry dough with orange scented cream filling, caramel butter sauce, and candied pecans
