Join us on March 15 for “Tasting Thursday”! This is the menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner.
Snook on Crostini
Snook, smoked in house, with a spread of cream cheese & herbs on a crispy truffle oil crostini
Bib lettuce with mixed greens, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, cheddar cheese, and tarragon dressing
Spinach & Rosemary Soup
Creamy pureed soup with potato, chicken stock, onion, and rosemary, topped with creme fraiche
Guinness Lamb Stew
Traditional Irish stew with lamb, carrots, rosemary, potatoes, onions, and Guinness
Pot de Cream
A rich chocolate custard with cream, milk, and egg yolk, topped with a Bailey’s caramel sauce and a Bailey’s infused Chantilly cream
