Join us on March 29 for “Tasting Thursday”! This is the menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner.

Tomato Basil Pudding
Savory bread pudding with shallot, leek, spinach, and basil, topped with melted mozzarella cheese
Ensalada de Pulpo
Slowly poached octopus tentacles in olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, and spices; served on a bed of green onions, shallots, cherry tomato with a drizzle of basil oil and octopus vinaigrette.
Sopa de Chorizo
A Spanish style soup made with carrot, potato, chorizo, onion, paprika, chicken stock, and parsley
Grilled shrimp served with sofrito broth, topped with grilled pineapple & peach salsa
Sopodilla Ice Cream
Housemade ice cream of rich tropical fruits topped with tangy whipped cream
