Join us on March 8 for “Tasting Thursday”! This is the menu for the 5 course, chef's tasting dinner. 


Stuffed Mushrooms

Roasted button mushroom caps stuffed with bacon, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction



Spinach Gnocchi

Housemade gnocchi with spinach, ricotta, breadcrumbs, and fresh parmesan cheese, in a sage butter sauce and fire roasted red bell peppers 


Fava Bean & Broccoli Soup

Creamy pureed fava beans with potato, broccoli, and chicken stock, topped with fried broccoli florets


Snapper in Tomato Confit

Pan seared snapper over confit of tomato made with plum tomatoes, garlic, onions, parsley, white wine, and fish stock

Crispy brown phyllo, layered with chopped pistachio, walnut, cashews, & cinnamon. Baked and served with hazelnut liqueur Chantilly cream
